SmartLotto.com and the SmartLotto software are owned by SmartSolutions. From time to time SmartSolutions may change the retail price of the SmartLotto software at its own discretion and retains its right to do so.

Payment Terms
All payments are to be made in sterling. Due to the nature of the Software delivery i.e. over the internet and because SmartLotto is then free from any subscriptions of any kind for future use, this opens the possibility to Software piracy and fraud. Therefore, all payments are non-refundable.

Cancellations
If you do not wish to use the software anymore, simply un-install it from your computer and delete all traces of the original files. All payments are deemed in acceptance of our payment terms and are therefore non-refundable.
